Messages sent on a Sunday are answered on Monday. If you have not heard back within two business days, your message may not have arrived; please check your spam folder for our reply, then email us again.
What to include
- For anything about your account: the email address you sign in with, so we can find your attempts quickly. Do not send your password; we never ask for it.
- For a scoring question: the task, the date of the attempt and what you expected. If a recording did not score, say whether the microphone check passed.
- For a correction to a guide or task page: the page address, the sentence you believe is wrong, and the source that says otherwise. Our editorial policy explains what happens next.
- For a deletion request: send it from the email you sign in with. Say whether you want the whole account deleted or only your attempts and scores cleared, and whether your speaking recordings and sign-in history should go too: deleting an account does not remove those two unless you ask. We complete every request within 30 days. Our privacy policy describes what is kept and for how long.
What we can and cannot help with
We can help with the platform, the guides, a study plan for your target CLB, and what your practice scores suggest about where to spend your time. We can explain how the PTE Core to CLB table and the CRS language points work, as published by Pearson and IRCC.
We cannot book, reschedule or cancel a Pearson test, dispute an official score, or give immigration advice. PTE Core Free Practice is an independent practice platform, not affiliated with Pearson or with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. For a booking, contact Pearson. For advice on your own application, consult a regulated Canadian immigration consultant or an immigration lawyer, or refer directly to IRCC.
